Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on standard plans. Accelerate implementations with deep migration or custom template configuration may include a scoped onboarding engagement, discussed upfront.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime, the prorated difference applies immediately. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans can be upgraded with the balance applied to the new tier.
How does annual vs monthly billing work?
Monthly billing charges your card each month at the full monthly rate. Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months at a 15% discount. No lock-in on monthly, cancel anytime.
Is client data stored in Canada?
Yes. All client data is stored in Canada to meet Canadian data residency requirements.
Do you support QBO, Xero, Sage, and CaseWare migration?
